Good evening all. I am new to this sit...just fund it tonight. Looks lie it will be really helpful. I have a question. Have any of you tried subutex and what was your experience? At what point did you take your first pill? What dd you feel like? How sick were you and for ow long? I smoke and have for about 3 years. I am going to start the subutex on Thursday and have heard mixed results on it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Desperately seeking April

" It saved my life!! Much better then Methadone,When you 1st start you should be a little sick an only start with about 2mg wait until you start feeling sick again an take 2mg more work up to were you feel OK. What ever you do don't take to much from the start you will be really sick, I no for real. You can use it every day to stay SOBA for a while until you think your ready that you can stay SOBA without it. Best of luck SOBAS BETTA "

" You have to have 3 days clean due to the fact that it has naltrexone in it and will throw you in to bad withdrawls because it throws any opiates off the receptors. You must already be in regular withdrawls when you take it. It works in about an hour. You don't get high, just well. As soon as it gets in your system you feel normal. No withdrawls. You're substituting one for the other, but it is the lesser of 2 evils, you get your life back, and it's a little easier to kick. Not easy, just easier. If you ever decide to get off it that is. "
