We rarely get snow here but about every five years we get an ice storm.
It's raining and temperatures are suppose to drop below freezing. Looks like I'll only have to work one day this week. I'm taking a "sick" day today, I am just too fatigued. Tomorrow we'll have ice, the city will shut down, scheduled off Wednesday and Thursday. Think I'll pick up some fire wood before we get iced in. I live on a hill in the country so it takes longer for the ice to melt. (no traffic) Pretty sad when you get excited about an ice storm so you can have an extra day off. Well Sandy dunno what it would be like to be snowed or iced in. Been in the south all my life. But I would like to live on a mountain its all just flat here in Fl. We do have the dreaded hurricanes they are vary scary when they are to close. We.re shuduled for some I would think it has been quiet here for 3 years now. Cya Jim
