" Thanks guys the only reason I asked was that my Dr said an occasional drink (1 am month) would be ok, but from your responses I realize this would be fool hardy so i will not be tempted, perhaps Drs in the uk have different ideas. Uploading a pic? Go to "profile" and click "edit" - then underneath your avi you click "upload picture" and upload one from your computer. If it is too big you might have to resize and make it smaller for it to upload.
