If it is you can't have any alcohol at all it could ruin your entire treatment and make you relapse. I thought about one glass too while on tx and decided against it. I would wait until next Christmas instead.

I'll bet a little drink of wine wouldn't do much but if it has a 1 in a 1,000,000 chance it could effect your treatment I wouldn't even smell the cork.The risk is not worth the reward

Looks like you just started treatment this week so, no, don't allow yourself the one drink. Alcohol and treatment do not mix.

Trap, thats what I did for my birthday! I bought some sparkling grape juice and was walking around with it like it was champagne! lol Good idea. Or make some virgin frozen drinks, they are good too!

I went cold turkey 4 years ago when i got diagnosed. Just to put all the cards on the table, i did lick up a drop of shiraz that spilled on my hand when i was pouring a glass for my sister last year. it tasted good. for me living beats drinking.
