I'd say in an hour or two, but for me the next day was always the worst. Tomorrow you'll feel like you have the flu, take some advil before you go to sleep! And take it easy tomorrow. Good luck!!!

I took my first shot with the nurse (LOL... I AM a nurse...) at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. She told me to take a couple of tylenol 5 hours after the shot and anticipate some sides by hour six.
Nothing at hour six
Nothing at hour seven
Nothing at hour eight.
I finally went to bed, exhausted from unrealized side effects.
Saturday was fine, Sunday was fine. Monday I was nauseated. Tuesday, I was sleepy all day. Wednesday, fine. Thursday, fine. Then the second shot on Friday. Still no sides to speak of.

The only thing I have had is a slight bit of nasuea. But then my BG is sky high. I have no idea if my BG is high because of the meds or if my infusion site went bad.
Time will tell.

It was 48 hours before I was hit by a train
Doctor had my thyroid check after my first shot
and it went bad. But it was 48 hours before the full
effect of a bad thyroid to hit.
