I have been in so much pain, my dr. put me on Tramadol, and it does NOTHING! What are some meds you guys take that will not hurt our livers??? I have been over taking Vicoden and I know it's got Tylenol in it, so it HAS to be awful! But it really helps me to at least get to work! I'm so depressed! I don't have health insurance and can't find anyone to help.
Until I get some, I can't go to a Liver Specialist, can't afford it.
Suggestions? I can hardly get out of bed some days, I'm missing work, u all know how it is!
I'm very glad to have found this support group! Finally! people who understand! Thank the lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

" Poker.......not too many liver friendly pain meds out there. Seems there was a post about them a while back......think morphine came in as #1...........I'll try to find the post and bump it up for ya.

You might want to check with your doc to see if there are any trials going on in your area. "

" I've been off treatment for about 5 months now and it still has me in pain and suffering from it. I do pray they come out with better treatments for us, I would not be surpised if a class action lawsuit comes out against the treatement sometime in the future. Good luck and I hope you find your solution. "
