I believe that attitude is half the battle. Depending on how you approach this disease and consequent treatment, is how you will respond. Maybe not clear, but suffer sides. Certainly personal health plays a part. But I can't help but think that alot of it is psychosomatic.
I remember many years ago someone I knew was dealing with breast cancer. Her doc told her to imagine the chemo as pac mans chasing and gobbling up the disease. yes, i totally agree with you sockfuzz. that's why i do positive affirmations all day long so as to keep my mind in a 'delightful' and 'joyful' place. a good book to read is "you can heal your life" by louise hay.

Altitude is a good thing and it is certainly fun to get high..... oops you said attitude. Absolutely true attitude and humor will take you a long ways but this is true with regard to life in general....
Now Trap.... I disagree as I think the mind is a terrible thing and it must be stopped in this lifetime before it kills someone......LOL

Very true. I always imagine the meds kung fu fighting the virus in my liver. Positive thinking makes a world of difference! Even when you wanna hate the world lol

Attitude is a great thing but very hard to do if you suffer some bad side effects from the treatment like internal bleeding, rhumatoid arthritis, amonst other problems. I had a great attitude through most of the treatment but wore me down as time went on, it was really bad for my body, still trying to recover from it.
