URGENT!!! Advice needed (Pills)

Okay, I ate about an hour ago and I was lucky to even get that down and now it's time to take my pills, but nothing is working!! I barely and I mean barely managed to get down two pills, I have one more to go but I'm gagging on everything. Can I just open up the pill and put it in some milk and drink it? I mean can i put it on my tongue and then drink milk? Does it taste nasty? I've already wasted two pills trying to get this shit down my throat.

Just do it and don't put so much thought into it as to psyche yourself out about it. They are not that hard to swallow. You should see these amino acid pills I swallow there huge.
