I went for my appt yesterday and they originally told me I had a cancerous nodule on my lung well then when I had a PET Scan done it showed like 8 lymphnoids going down between my lungs well it turns out the lymphnoids are not cancerouos and Im now operable again they have me schedule to have a lung resection done on Nov 4th, I was so happy I signed away all the consents but when I got home and read them I am really scared there are so many differnt possibilities that could happen once they get in there. I posted this in my cancer group but had to post here too being so many of you have been such a support for me and were waiting to hear the results. The surgeon said beings I have HepC that she has to keep herself safe and her team so instead of the small incision with the probe to remove it I may need a larger incision does that make any sense? Does anyone know anything about this? deb thanks so much to all of you whom have been so supportive to me thru all this. deb

" This is such good news, Im so happy for you. If you went in to get your tonsils out there would be chance of a problem. Qiut worrying, you news is so good, that Im sure everything will be fine. Your next worry will be tx, lol. I dont know much about the resection, but it does make sence the smaller the hole , the easier for some to get cut or poked. This so normal to be nervous. "

" Thanks Barb and AndNicole yeah take one thing at a time but yes AndNicole I dont understand why a big incision would make it safer for the surgeon to not get hepC then a little incision so idk Im gonna let go and let god take care of me. I refuse to drive myself crazy (yeah I say that now Ill be a mess again tommorrow lol) its hard though luv ya all for all your support deb "
