" Same as what my internist told me. Viral infection is always self-limiting; that the magnificent human body is designed to develop antibodies to combat different viruses. We just have to stay healthy all the time so that our immune system can do its job well. Sounds pretty easy to manage hepaB... but what takes my system too long to develop natural antibody against this virus when it can fight other viral infections (i.e chicken pox, mumps) in 1-2 weeks time? "

" inactive chronics means the virus did not reproduce themself and you do not need treatment if the liver function also good. you just need keep health live style: not drink, enough rest, and happy attitude to life. and do blood test or ultrosound for liver every twice or one a year. then you can live a health and normal life. "
