Netflix has this movie as an instant view for all members until Jan 1. It's compelling and shocking to see what has been done behind our backs to our food supply. Also shocking is that the gene marker that is present in breast cancer has actually been patented so that no one can research breast cancer without paying patent fees.

Greedy horrible corporations are behind all of this and you can still buy organic seeds, so grow your own food, and dony buy anything from those companys and they will have to go under... pass the word around, lets find out who they are and boycott them, start with Monsanto, they are agressive, greedy and dishonest, they are tricking people to buy GMO frankenfoods... they make roundup...

Apologists for gene patents argue that the issue is a tempest in a teapot, that patent licenses are readily available at minimal cost. That's simply untrue. The owner of the genome for Hepatitis C is paid millions by researchers to study this disease. Not surprisingly, many other researchers choose to study something less expensive.
