I've started a group for people who choose not to do Tx for whatever reason, or who have done Tx and it failed, who want to improve their health and their life by diet and alternative treatments.

If you are interested in healthy alternatives to drugs, come and join us, please. Share your stories, together we can learn more about how to stay healthy.

We will not be discussing Interferon or other Western Medicine treatments.

Please, if you aren't taking Tx and want support in your decision and in your choices, add me to your friends and let me know you want to join the Alt group.

Thank you and best of health!

Makiah

" For cronic body and joint ache in the mornings to prepare for work I use a Homedics hand held two orb percussion massager on my lower lumberal area, hips, legs, accupressure points in the feet and ankles. This seems to give me enough relief from the pain by stimulating circulation to get me through the day at work. On exceptionally tough days sometimes I have to use it when I return from home.

Even though I deal with cronic pain with this, not knowing if it is age related, bone & disc deterioration, spinal fractures or just plain Hep C symptoms I force my self to walk. I have been blessed with living within one mile of work and make the daily walk as often as possible exceptions excessive ice and rain. I believe you have to keep moving to keep moving. I also must supplement my evening sleep with pain medication and have also used an arthritis medication which I have been trying to ween myself off of because it is hard on the liver.

We have to take a responsibility for our own healing which involves a balance of physical, mental, and spiritual efforts.

Enough for now "
