My right arm is still hurting and getting tingling in my thumb, very unpleasent. Malcolm has is appointment at the water pool in the hospital he did exercises and he will be going every Wednesday. He goes to see the surgeon tomorrow, hope he give Malcolm some good advice.

Well the pain is in my upper arms and shoulders worse than the last couple of days. Maybe it's the weather because it's raining here today or maybe it just feels like hurting more than it did yesterday. I am upset right now because Tangie is going down hill because I didn't get her medicines for her and I just started noticing the difference in the last couple of days.
