I have been bleeding after I have a bowel movement - heavy and am wondering if I should call my G.I. doctor to get an appt with him a.s.a.p. since this bleeding. I know that the last time I had this bleeding going on, he sent me to see a specialist in Los Alamitos and I would refer to see a specialist in Long Beach to consult with. What should I do?
