Ok so I think I have hemorrhoids but am not sure whether they are internal or external or maybe not even hemorrhoids at all. What is weird is I really have no pain or discomfort there, no burn or itch. The only pain ever felt was sometimes with BMs but not even enough to really call sometimesand there has been a few times that i have passed alot of blood (maybe thus the tear I think i have). There is something there though cause I can see it in the mirror and feel it. It seems to get bigger and smaller and I think there is a tear. I don't have insurance and havn't been to the doctor. I really am only concerned with the fact that you can see them since they don't bother me( except mentally)I really just want to go and get that rubber band thing done or something to remove them but don't know where to go and how much something like that costs. So my main concern is that you can see it and it is so embarassing. I am completley mortified and kind of want to die. I am sure no one will ever want to touch me sexualy again. I am so afraid that the guy I am with (we havn't had sex yet) will notice when we do and totally want to leave me and not touch me if he notices. I so don't know what to do. I have recently gotten this thing that you freeze and then use by laying down and holding against your hemorrhoids. It doesn't seem to really get rid of them. I also have recently pruchased Rue care Oil..but have not gotten it yet...it is suppose to help with the shrinking. has anyone tried this remedy before or know anything about it? I know that eating enough fiber and drinking lot's of water is important and sometimes I don't even drink one glass of water in a day. I really don't think the cure to removing them is just that though...drinking more water and taking more fiber....I know it helps but there has to be more. I have been researching on the internet on this and have found alot of info but would like to talk to some real people who are going through this. So I need to know what my first step should be.

I am no doctor...but my advice would be for you to go to your doctor and make sure it is hemms before you panic. :)
you are right...it is painful and scarey, but, before you start to self treat make sure you know what they are. :) just my tiny bit of advice.

Dear Friend, You have already wasted 20 to 30 dollars on products that have done you no good. I really do not know where you are from, but there are very inexpensive doctors just about everywhere in the world. If you live in USA, there's a good chance that a free clinic is nearby where all you have to do is be of low income to qualify.
For a doctor to look at your condition and tell you exactly what you have is fairly cheap. You do not need an MRI, CAT scan, X-Ray, or anything that requires a hospital staff at this time. Your check up would be much cheaper than you think. Pick up the phone book and start calling. Look for someone who is willing to give you some information even over the phone. Once you found that, you probably found an office with a friendly and understanding staff. They would probably work a payment plan with you. The best advice you can get in your case will come from a doctor. As far as your boyfriend, and your feeling of "death wish"... Put it out of mind! There is this horrible condition in our life that makes us all uglier. Its called "AGE". If your boyfriend is worth keeping, then he would keep you even when you looked 90 years old. Don't stress yourself over a man if he isn't willing to fight your struggles with you. There are plenty of men who are lonely in this world that are also good "husband" material.
