hi all..sometimes it does take a long time to accomplish what you really want to do...
this weekend i was able to get my Jack the beagle to walk on the treadmill...woohoo..simple enough on tv right...ha...not in the real world..i was so proud of him....he walked with me on it too for ten minutes...bring on the winter..we are all set...thats why i did it...once snow and ice comes it is very narrow walking on the roads...and i dont want to get hit by a car...
and my second great accomplishment...i was able to walk one mile on my treadmill on saturday...very satisfied with that...i aim to do that amount three times a week...nice and slowly though....
where there is a will...and good meds ....there is a way....

" Congragulations to you! You are a lot braver than me, I am still giving in to the feelings of exhaustion.Do you have your treadmill in the living room as a constant reminder? The last treadmill I attempted was the day I failed my stress test, bad memories, lol. "
