had a doctor appt yesterday..went well..dont have to go back for six months and do an echo again then....
meds stayed the same...but because i still have a lot of 'body' fatique...she gave me some exercises to do in addition to walking...she said that the body takes time to heal after the heart improves and thats why i still get tired after very little activity...its nice to know reason why and that maybe it can improve...so i will walk again later in the day and do some light lifting with weights for arm strengthening... son is letting me borrow his weights....what a kid...but he had to dig around to find the lite ones... so all in all..am happy..she told me i was no longer considered 'in crisis'...which is good considering i didnt know i was 'in crisis'... so off for the morning walk...have a great day all...!!!!! Glad to hear that your dr. didn't open anymore cans of worms for you, I know how that can be. Maybe your time has come, maybe your luck has changed for the better! Heaven knows that you deserve it!
