Leaky Heart Valve

I was just diagnosed yesterday with a Leaky Heart Valve. They have categorized it as "very minor" and have not recommended any treatment at this time. However I am concerned, and would to know if anyone has this condition or knows anything about it.
I am 44 yrs old, and have strong family history of heart disease, father onset at age 37, mother onset at age 55.

" I dont' want to misinform you, so google it when you can. It has to do w/ the blood going back into the heart through the opening which they call the leak. Not sure if I am explaining this right. "

" Just an update. On May 14, I had an LAD stent placed. So, now we had that to the congestive heart failure. I go to cardiac rehab 3 times a week now. I started slowly on the treadmill and now am up to 18 minutes, 2.1 mph with no incline. Started at 1.6 for 5 minutes. I do something called a nu-step for 18 minutes. And do 5 lb. weights for my arms. This is all coordinated by the cardiac rehab. You go slowly. And if I'm having a bad day...I back off some. My doctors are amazed at how far I've progressed. I am not now actively in congestive heart failure. I watch sodium and eat healthy. Two weeks ago I could finally clean my 1 bedroom apartment in one day. Mop, vacuum, dust and clean the bathroom. "
