Heart Failure Support Group

i was just diagnosed with cardiomyopathy(i also have fibromyalgia)and have been freaked out by the internet.my ef is 40. i currently have custody of my 6 and 4yr old grandsons and am concerned about my future ability to care for them and my future in general.if i could get some feedback to counteract the damage done to my psyche by the internet i would deeply appreciate it. i do believe a positive attitude has medicinal effects. thanks! noreen
