I am 40 years old and On Aug.28th ,,had a massive Heart attack , this came without warning ang happened suddenly. I was having dinner with a girlfriend and it felt as though someone was sitting on my chest,,followed by cold sweat ,jaws hurting and numbness in left arm.
The paramedics lost me twice on the way to the hospital, and am confident that God had his hands on me that night. My right artery was 100% blocked ,the main artery was 80%,and another was 50%.I now have 3 stents.My question to the men is this : I am on many meds now ,Plavix and others ,,I am having intamacy issues ,,is this typical? yes, u have alot of anxiety and fear going on, its natural that it wil effect sex drive, keep sharing, and take care of yourself! ur alive! i had 95 perecent blockage in one artery, and 90 in other, had 2 stents put in... that will be 3 years in nov.. hang in there.. dinz.. add me as afriend if u want.

every drug you are on probably in some way or another affects blood flow the, the sexual organ relies on blood supply to function properly-----add that to all the other stress factors after a heart attack--iff you do the math it adds up---3 yrs in nov for my attack also--had tripple bypass stents wouldn't work---good luck

I am not a man, but intimacy issues after a heart attack are like right up my alley. its very very scary, and all I can say is prayer will help.
