Hi, I'm new here and I don't know how this board works but I'll give it a try.
First let me begin by telling you that I have a very hard time understanding my doctor, her English, ah not so good.
yesterday I had a stress test treadmill and all the pictures. Today she called and said I had shown Previous Coronary Artery Disease. She actually said something else but I couldn't understand her. When the nurse called back that's what she told me.
She is putting me on a beta blocker and has set up a echo for next week.
I guess my question is, did I have a heart attack?
the reason for the tests was because I had a couple of things happen that were symptoms that I did have some kind of heart episode.
thank you
Sandy

" It could mean that you had a heart attack or it could be that some of your arteries may be blocked. If it's blocked arteries then they will do an angiogram and put stents where the blockages are.
