Hey everyone!

Hope you're all doing well. About a month ago I posted an anonymous survey for people who have had a heart attack and who are type 2 diabetic.

I've had some great feedback over that time period, and I want to thank you all!

Unfortunately people forget that heart conditions and type 2 diabetes often go hand in hand.
