Almost 1 year ago I had an accute MI while I was camping with 3 of my children. I had a stent put in and have so far made a pretty good recovery. But, I am so scared all the time. I'm afraid I will have another heart attack. I have trouble sleeping and sometimes just coping with my everyday life. I feel empty.....is this normal, and if it is......will it pass?

" As a heart attack survivor, I would say that these feelings are normal indeed. I am not familiar with mI, but I am familiar with the fears and anxiety. I am praying that you find mental peace soon, and Although today is my first day on here, already I am feeling better just knowing I am not alone. "
