" Hi Darling~
I had the same feeling. In fact when I got home from the hospital I could not sleep through the night and sill haven't d ...it has been a month since the heart attack. I don't feel like such a stranger...but a good nights sleep would be wonderful!

We will get through this!

" Hi1 I had my heart attack and angio last september. I was so scare to leave the hospital. All those machines that let you know if you are okay. I still get paranoid about twitches and aches. I to have a hard time sleeping through the night my mind is going to much thinking this and that. My friend who had one gave me his advice and said you learn not to worry and take your life back and relax and he is right and at times I think this and sleep okay. I think we feel different because we are now different we had a serious medical condition that altered perhaps our lives.
God Bless "

" It sounds like you're having feelings of anxiety. They should pass. If not, ask the doctor for anxiety medication. "
