I have been working in a book called, Freedom From Addiction by Neil T. Anderson. I got into it through a 12 step recovery group. It has changed my life. I get into it and don't want to put it down. It has a workbook and I get to really apply what I've learned.

Missed you all alot computer broke so had to wait for it to get repaired .
