    I would really like to learn the things that I need to do to take care of me so I don't end up like my mother deceased at 57 due to a massive heart attack. I am only 43 and have already had a massive heart attack and was lucky enough that god didn't think it was my time.  I am really scared and impatient as to how long my recovery will take.
