I found some head phones that are specially made for people with hearing aids and CI. They are called Music Links. The website that i found the best deal at is www.tecear.com. These head phones can be used with any ipod, mp3 or PC soundcard. they can only be used with t-coil compatiable hearing aids. I dont know if you have heard of them before or got a pair. I did purchase a pair and it only cost me $50 without shipping and handeling. They sound nice and the reviews that i read about them were good too. So just thought that i would share that
