So...I am not sure if I can talk about this yet.
But I am gonna be kind of general here and then later probably blog about what happened to me last nite.... I just wanna know who here is homophobic (and proud) and who here is against gay-bashing? If you are gay or bi has it ever happened to you? I know that most people are strait and dont want to be hit on by the same sex. I get that....ok. But do you feel aggressive about it or is it just something you are....against? So...yeah. Just wondering where people here stand on this. Posted on 11/07/09, 01:11 pm |

Update..........I am going to a counselor on Monday. Not just about the bashing but the depression and stuff to. Decided to pay for it out of pocket since insurance wont do it.
I will let you guys know how it goes. Thanks again and much love to everyone.....

I'm not ok with gay bashing or any other hate crimes.I'm Bi I was straight most of my life. I was raised Christian so I have hear all kinds of messed up stuff like gays go to Hell. Yes I've been bashed before it's awful!

Brian I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you. People do some pretty messed up things out of ignorance and fear. Something that I don't get is why some people resort to violence just because they don't agree with your lifestyle. I mean it's not like they have to sleep with someone of the same sex if they don't want to. I don't agree with drug dealing but I don't go up to one and knock them upside their head just because I don't like the life they live.

I would say I'm bi curouis. I've never acted on my thoughts. But that doesnt mean there not there. Which does mean I know my self so eventually I will experiment. I don't approve of others ever bashin anyone for there beliefs and practices! No matter what they r. U can agree 2 disagree.
