I've also had fantasies like that about my husband, and I'm also a little disturbed by them. The thing is, it confuses me because NO part of me wants that in real life. In fact, it makes me a little sick to think of it as a realistic scenario. It enrages me. Yet I do get turned on by the thought of him with a really hot woman. It doesn't make sense though WHY it turns me on and that's what freaks me out.

Maybe the part that turns me on is imagining him being turned on, with me as no part of it... meaning no insecurity or worry for me. You know, like, "Am I doing this right?", "Does he like this?", "Do my thighs look fat?", etc.

Maybe those fantasies allow her the freedom to focus strictly on your receiving pleasure. Does she have any insecurities or self-esteem issues?

With my ex (one before my hubby) I used to reach orgasm when he would talk dirty about the way he used to screw his baby-mama. It seems to me that it is somewhat common for men to want to see their wives with another man or woman, but rare for the other way around. I think that's because men are more visually oriented AND they tend to operate under the control of a relatively small appendage in those situations.

The thing is, fantasy is fantasy and does not have to have any basis in real life. It is the product of an active imagination and is quite healthy. It allows us to "act out" safely things that we would, or should, never do in real life.
