i want to know if i am eating healthy:
in the morning i have cereal and apple for breakfast before going to work then i take for lunch with me, veg soup and fish (or grilled chicken) and another apple evening i take veg soup, or cereal, the veg soup has peaces of meat in it, like veal or other lean meat and lentils , tomatoes , barley.... fish sometimes makes me nauseas as boiled fish tastes bad to me, but my mother says it's very important i should take them with veg....i cannot eat bread or fats because i have ibs. do you think it is a healthy diet since i have ibs and need to loose some weight? i also exercise 20 mins a day, its vigrous exercise coz i really swet afterwards... if i need to correct my diet please let me know, since i used to live off pizzas, burgers, chips, bread butter cheese etc...i need to forget about eating for fun and live off food only to sustain living and be free of obesity. Sounds like your doing what you can. You have a good idea of what is healthy but I will add some of my thoughts.

thanks for the suggestions, i will try to cook my mushrooms, i didn't know tea with milk is that dangerous for the heart, i used to make fun of a collegue who said that he prefers tea with no milk, actually i prefer it with skimmed milk rather with lemon , the taste is what it actually turns me off if it's taken with lemon, i cannot seem to like tea without skimmed milk just like i hate coffee and i never got used to like it so i had to drop the fact that one day i would come to like cofee, cofee is simply one of the foods / beverages i really don't like, just like i don't like certain things like a soft drink called doctor pepper , christmas cakes etc..just really dont seem to like them, also not so keen on sweets....but i really loved pizzas one month ago before i started this ibs diet and got serious on it. eg today i ate in the morning, and am spacing my dinners, i cannot understand people like my mothers relative who is supposed to be working as a health care assistant (nurse we call that in our country) she eats once a day in the evening she says she is barely hungry she is my hight but weighs like 200 lbs , i am 135...

I eat three meals and two snacks. I also eat before bed to keep my insulin feeding my brain while i sleep.

I am not fat and never was. I loose excrss fat easily when on calorie deficirt and to regain it I must eat like before I went on diet. I read the articles thanks. I am eating normally and exercise 20 mins 5 times a week. It won't harm me if I have a day rest. (He reason I can't get skinny coz I got a lot of lean muscle. My body composition is 90 pet cent muscle 50 pet cent of it is water and 28 per cent. Fat, good for my age raing 35

The problem I feel fat even being told that I am harming my. Body if I am aiming to be skinny. Skinny people usually aren't so well built but ppl in the media. Adore these skinny types. I finally decieded to eat although its healthy food but I added rice and potatoe and nuts and fish. Oil (rio mare) some milk too in my diet
