" Um, feta cheese and olives? Probably not the most slimming option but it works for me.

I never really bother with salad dressings as such, I prefer my salads to be fresh and crunchy. "

" I am on the Mediterranean Diet so the type of fat is most important to me. I can have a lot of fat compared to some diets. I use mostly Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I do use some Walnut oil too for salads. It is hard to find EVOO in the cheaper bottles of dressing so I either pay more or make my own. If my calories for the day need fat free to stay on track I use salsa or a flavored vinegar. "

" I like the Litehouse bleu cheese vinaigrette. It's only 70 calories a serving, and I seem to use even less, as a little goes a long way. I also like squeezing some lemon on a salad sometimes, tastes good! And I too like feta cheese and olives. If you get the low-fat feta it's only 15 calories a serving, and you won't miss the extra fat! "

" I find low cal or fat free bottled dressings pretty tasteless and full of additives. I use Extra virgin olive oil with either red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar or a squeeze of lemon. Very healthy and very refreshing. "

" I use Galleos dressing, which I buy at Mother's Market. It's delicious and vegan and made without oil. 14 calories per two tablespoons. It's a revelation. I also make my own. I put onion, carrot, mango, balsamic vinegar, a little garlic and a little water in the blender and it's utterly delicious. You might play portions to get it to desired flavor. Hope that helps. "

" I eat any type of salad dressing, but the trick is not to put it directly on the salad. Put some in a small cup and dip your salad into it. That way you still have the taste with less calories ! :) "
