I watched the Ellen show yesterday and she had on that cooky lady that always has such strange ideas for health & beauty tips. Well, she had one that finally caught my ear - Cinnamon! She said that it has wonderful health properties such as it being a diuretic, great for lowering & maintaining blood sugar & cholesteral, helps in digestion, and even brain function!

" Cinnamon is such a versatile and tasty spice! I use it in homemade curries, on cereals (hot and cold) toast, sweet potatoes and yams, winter squash, baked apples and or baked pears, berries, tea with lemon and honey (cinnamon stick form) I don't know how to cook without it anymore! "
