My anxiety doesn't let me lose weight. And my depression on the other hand doesn't even let me walk, I know I have to make an effort but I have so many problems that I don't know how I'm going to do it. Now I went to my doctor and my cholesterol and tryglicerides are high, my glucose level is border line. Please, if you have any suggestions, let me know. God Bless You!

I am not sure I understand why your anxiety won't let you lose weight. Is it your meds?
And how does your depression stop you from walking? Start small with the exercise and add more later. Today, put on your shoes and walk for 5 minutes, even if it is just inside your house. Do this for 3 days, then 4th day open the door and walk outside for 5-10 minutes. Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else. I wish you success! HUGS

Hey i hate exercise with a passion! it just seems so much hard work but there are things you can do that really burn the calories! hoovering, gardening and other activities like that are really good ways to burn the fat! cleaning the car/house. I hope this helps a bit. I also need to loose a whole stack of weight. Maybe as Joyce said just put ur shoes on and have a wonder out the door, see how far you feel you can go and then come back over time very slowly you will be able to feel a little stronger and go a little further.

My very best advice for this situation would be to find someone who lives by you who can help you on a daily basis. Find a friend who wants motivation to exercise and do it together! Just knowing someone else is depending on you might get you to put on your walking sneakers. It might also lift your mood to have someone to talk to while you are working out. In my opinion, walks with a good friend feel more like therapy than hard work. And we could all use some love and support from someone who cares!
Very best luck to you. Ask for specific nutrition concerns, that's my specialty!
