I'm always reaching for them. Why is it so hard for me to stop doing this? How do I get the will power I need to STOP?

Sugar is addictive. Try to substitute other sugars at first and then reduce. Try to eat fruit in stead of candy. Select your fave fruit and have lots of it on hand. And don't buy any candy.

No one can give you will power. You've got to decide for yourself why you want to stop eating that junk. Make a promise to yourself! Love yourself enough to stop hurting your body. Every time you go for something you know you shouldn't have say "do I love my body enough to say no?" You'll thank yourself later!
