Hi, my name is Dana and I suffer from and Eating Disorder.

Does anyone know some healthy breakfast and lunch meals what are not high in fat or carbs?

I would really like to lose about 7lbs and I want to do it the HEALTHY way, not my eating disorder way, but I have no idea how to do that successfully!

I'd be great if you could help out!

Thanks :)

" Breakfast - a healthy cereal with lo fat milk.
Veggie omelet made with egg whites or egg beaters
Lunch - Salads with fat free dressings, pita pocket sandwich, veggie soups, chicken & stir fry veggies, Fast food - any sandwich, toss the bun. "

" My best advice is not to concentrate on low carb or low fat foods. Just eat healthy and only eat until you are3/4 of the way full. Cut out any beverages you are drinking that aren't water. Substitute normal snacks with fresh fruit and vegetables. These will nice and bulky so you'll feel full, but they are very low in calories.
Great breakfast would be a fruit smoothie.
Perfect lunch would be a giant salad and a cup of soup (make sure its low in salt!)
Also always carry healthy snacks around with you so you are never tempted my vending machines, fast food restuarants etc.
Good luck in your quest for health! "

" I love breakfast and to bake and cook, and so make a variety (some of which is very high in calaries, but some of which is not so high in calaries).

May I suggest oatmeal and/or a healthy dry cereal with fresh or dried fruits (and/or nuts)?

Home-made fruit and/or veggie juices would also be a nice addition (in lieu of fruit and nuts). "
