" I recommend Plain yogurt lots of veggies and lean meat nothing after 6 p.m. I was 166 down to 150 just started 3 wks ago. GOD BLESS and GOOD LUCK "

" I've been told over and over and now in the bootcamp I'm in..same thing...You HAVE to eat.
It's all about portions and what you are eating.
5 small meals a day. About every 3 hours. Meat..is palm size..veg's...you don't give up carb's..you moderate.
Exercise is KEY..you must get moving every day.
I've lost 42 pounds since the spring the healthy way..and plan on another 30 atleast by this spring. I feel so good..and once you get into the habit..you don't even want anything BUT healthy food.
