I am on all these meds for chronic pain and I have NO appetite at all. I have no wanting to eat anything at any time so I will go days without eating. i forget honestly sometimes. I try to make a big dinner for my family and then i pick at it but i can't sit and eat a plate, it grosses me out cause i am not hungry and nothing looks good to me. any suggestions?? i have tried those boost and meal replacements and i can't even get those down>

If you dont eat you will die. i suggest going back to the doctor and discuss changing your meds so that you can eat properly again! sparky

Well, it almost sounds like when you are pregnant. I used to just sit and think about what would be appetizing for me and then get that, even if it took a lot of trouble, because I knew I had to eat (and you do too).
Just put tiny portions on your plate and try to finish that. Try a taste of everything. Sometimes when you start to eat it begins to work for you, even though getting started seems difficult. And do see that doctor!
