Hello Friends and Family,
If we don't speak up who will. I've come to understand that health care, or the lack of it, is the one thing that separates the rich from the poor. It has been the leading cause of bankruptcies and poverty in the last 20 years, sending families who were once doing well near or below the poverty line. The lack of health care forces many to seek jobs with bigger companies just to have good care. Otherwise, they might come up with more creative options to make a living.
Lately, I've worked hard to become politically active about advocating universal health care. It is confusing out here to see how some of the action groups stand. There are a many sites on the web that state reform issues only to find out that they are sponsored by the insurance industry or other biased corporations. Smoke screens set up to keep Americans confused and un-united. Below are some links to information and action sites on Health Care. Please sign up and get active.
