I recently about a month 1/2 been getting an itchy throat that I have to clear. Plus its tickling until my eyes water. I had a total Thyroidectomy and RAI due to cancer could this be tonsil cancer. A little flem comes up no blood just yellow flem. Has anyone had these symtoms. I feel like a ball there but nothing else.

Go to the doctor. Could be you have a simple sinus infection or throat infection. Worrying about it will just intensify and takes more energy then checking it out! Honestly!
If you are afraid, take a friend with you. Be sure you speak up of your concerns. The best doctors will listen to you and communicate well, if the one you go to doesnt, go to another one. You are hiring them for their expertise. Look at it like that, and it will help you tremendously in your health issues. good luck
