Has anyone ever experienced intense anxiety after being diagnosed? This happened to me and it was a phycologist that had to talk me thru it.

" I' glad you were able to get the help you needed! Why wouldnt anyone feel anxiety with this kind of diagnosis? Pretty scary. Family and friends can also be a good resource for support. When someone asks you if there is anything they can do to help, let them. They mean it. Even it if seems like a little thing like running an errand, it can make you both feel better. "
