tendon in neck shrinking or tightening after treat

Is any one else having trouble with their neck tendon shrinking and getting so tight it feels like a rubber band ready to snap? I know the lymph nodes do not drain properly any more since the radiation burned them out and I need to message that area to get fluid to drain. Just thought some one else might have some ideals about this subject.

" Have been told it is part of the scar tissue damage from the radiation. Told to stretch and massage. At one of my appts., the doc had an attending dr observing and pointed out the tendons and such and made the comment, " note that the patient exhibits the classic symptoms". Felt like a lab rat.... How have you been? As you can see I don't get on here so much anymore. "

" I know what you mean about the weird side effects. Mine lateley have been the neck charlie horses. I will yawn and some muscle will spasm. My wife will jump and think I'm choking. Other than that things are pretty darn good considering where we've all been. This site doesn't email me anymore when there are new posts, wonder why? "
