Has anyone use erbitux with sucess for sqaumous

My doctor is about to start me me on erbitux for squamous cell lymp-node cancer on my neck and one possibly under my arm. They said it should buy me some decent time but not a cure. Anyone else in the same boat. Please, I am worried.
