Hello,
I am a 31 yr old woman , who's been pretty healthy and active all her life. Recently, I started experiencing lower back ache. The pain got worse and my doc suggested physical theraphy. Strangely, PT led to pain in my foot, something I never experienced before. I started feeling acute pain in both my feet . It gets worse while walking but is present all day. I experience it he most at night . I was advised to visit a podiatrician. Who diagnosed plantar fasciits and ordered orthotics. I have been wearing the orthotics and also visiting a PT . But none of this is hellping much, for now both my hands have also started hurting. I am in pain 24 hrs. Please advice, Deps Posted on 08/03/09, 01:08 pm |

This may sound crazy, but I had plantar faciitis so bad when I stepped out of bedin the AM I crumbled to the floor. i was told there was nothing I could do.
I went on a diet to lose weight and in 3 weeks, my feet were normal again. I swear! The diet was anti inflammatory and called Ideal Protein. It is a protein diet that makes your body alkaline. I can't tell you how grateful I am. None of the Drs that I saw knew to tell me it was treatable and I just needed to get my body back on track. If you drop me a note I can send you my coach's name and she may be able to recommend someone in your area. Their website isn't great but the diet was wonderful.
