Is is still possible to get your CD4 counts higher than your previous bloodwork even if you are still not under medication? Anybody who has experienced this yet?

" have you ever heard of Dr Beck's Protocol.. I haven't tried it, but I have the PDF file if you want me to email it to you....it is interesting. You can also go to YOU-TUBE and type in Dr. Beck's protocol.

The premise lies on 4 things. Colloidal Silver, Oxygenated Water, Magnetic Pulser, and Blood zapper.

I wish I didn't need to be on meds. My cd4 is only 146. If I had found out earlier I would have definitely tried this before beginning meds.

Let me know if you want me to email the pdf file instead of watching the videos. Also the pdf file has documentation that supports this theory.

Has Any on Ever tried Dr Beck's Protocol? "

" hi raggs,

no, im just hearing this protocol the first time from you. it is an interesting read. i'm just wondering where you can get this procedure or you have to do it yourself. hopefully some of our friends here have tried and could provide some more insights about it. "

" Jafar Hi...
I too have just been diagnosed...my count is 401. I have my next blood work next week. My caseworked told me that my numbers could be low from a simple thing like a small cold or could be from the new dibetes drug I started the week before my first blood work was done...I'm hoping that the later is true, but I had caught a small virus this week and was put on an antibiotic which she said could either raise or lower the count...but I still haven't gone on any meds myself for the HIV.
She said it's a matter of the Drs. reason of thought for going on meds. I have tested for hept a/b where I carry antibodies for both, hept c none, syphills, gon, hepes, all none, and toxoplasmosis I have the anti bodies for already. The only thing I have so far is diabetes and HIV inwhich I found out both on the same day. The diabetes meds have worked so far with the help of a herbal pill I take to offset the side effects, which has affected the meds themselves thank God. I am eating healthier than before, losing weight to lower the sugar numbers(which I'm down from 150-200 down to 120-170 in one month and have lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. I am hoping that my numbers for cd4 will be up along with the vl down. But it's hard to keep away from the sick population with the job I have and living with an extended family who don't know my status. I am hoping that now my diabetes is getting under control that my cd4s will rise.
Hope this helps you...because I'm also trying to keep off the meds aslong as I can. "

" Raggs -

A dear friend here on DS was going through the Beck Protocol when he decided to stop visiting the site. I'm not sure what ever happened to him and sure do wish that I could get in touch with him.

What I do remember is how hard it was on his body - lots of nausea, vomiting, etc. I think he may have also stepped it up a little too quickly. I have no idea what his results were though.

It sounds grueling - but maybe worth it? I haven't spent much time studying it and considering it for awhile, too much else going on. Do let me know if you decide to take the plunge, I'll be interested to hear your results! "

" I as well as my ID Doc watched my T-Cell count go up eventually over 6 month period to now 1500 while incorporating GOJI BERRIES in my diet. Look them up--it's not hype, has every thing you need.
Peace,
Robert "

" My CD4 bounces around between the 800s and upper 600s. My dodctor has noticed that when my VL goes up so does my CD4. He seems a little amazed by this, but says that is a great thing because it means my body is doing its job. I guess usually as the VL goes up the CD4 goes down. For now I am still not on any meds and looks like it could be a couple more years before I even have to think about it. I was diagnosed in 2003. We will see.... "

" ive used the blood zapper part of the beck protocol since testing positive. Between my first and second blood test i had a decrease in viral load of over 100,000 yes One hundred thousand. wasnt a typo. But also my CD4 went down. The protocol warns to not be concerned with this because the testing for CD4 tests for total number not health vs infected CD4 cells. So my initial decrease could have been attributed to infected CD4 being killed off. I haven't been keeping up with the protocol %100 but I'm doing my best and i feel great my numbers aren't too bad either. Also check out the yahoo group microelectricitygermkiller. Theyre great in the group and inspire me a lot. "
