Memory Loss

I have been on Reyataz, Truvada and Norvir for two years with great success. However, It seems lately that my memory is not what it used to be.
As an example, I took a test yesterday, and I had a hard time concentrating, sometimes it just seemed like words on a page. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm also stressed out at work, not getting any younger (48) and doing the work of three people. So, this may not even be related to my HIV. Thanks.

" I was recently diagnosed and have only been on meds for a few weeks. (Bactrim DS, Epzicom, Isentress) My doctor waited 2.5 months to put me on meds after he recieved my lab work indicating a CD4 of 143 and viral load of over 35 million. 2.5 months of needless hell in my mind. Anyway, I am having some memory issues as well. It gets worse when I get tired toward the end of the day. My partner, HIV-, has pointed it out to me. Well at least today he is my partner. This has been incredibly difficult for us both. "
