I started taking Atripla about a week ago and wanted to know when the light headness feeling will go away. im new to this but wanted to get some more perspective on the subject. I just want to go back to my normal self . Im ok with the vivid dreams just the feeling the next day

" I too have been on Atripla for over two yrs now and yes, the very strange feelings eventually go away, however, I still have the 'dreams'! Don't know how your Dr. RX'd it but taking it at bedtime minimizes the side effects, and eating something light helps a buddy of mine, whereas as empty stomach works best for most. Other meds you may take may interact with Atripla as well and you may check that out as well. I went from CD4 below 200 to now almost 1100 and undetectable viral load. "
