I have saggy abit male breasts, w2hich have been a problem all my lifetime, can anyone give me a course of tablets to sort this problem out.thanks for your advice.

If the 'saggy male breasts' you have are caused by either being overweight or as a result of losing a lot of weight then there is no magic tablet to make it go away, just chest building exercises to tone up the area.
However if it is actual gynecomastia then the only real solution is surgery to remove the excess tissue. Sorry chris, there are no tablets to sort this out. I had 2 surgeries to correct my gynecomastia and remove tumors from my chest, a course of tablets would have made things a lot easier. If it is really concerning you then go to your GP, they should be able to tell if it's saggy skin/fat or gynaecomastia and also refer you to a plastic surgeon. I hope this has helped, you won't regret getting it fixed.

Your GP will probably check this out by taking a blood sample.
