I'm trying to change what I eat for breakfast, i eat too much sugar. I have yoplait cherry orchard yogurt, a stick of cheese, a glass of soy milk, and two packets of honey nut oatmeal. i want to replace the yogurt with something else since it has 27 grams of sugar in it. i'm looking for something with a higher protein content to keep me from getting hungry so soon. any suggestions?

" What is 'funny' now is that I've gone back to drinking coffee (1/2 reg 1/2 decaf) every single day in the last month instead of twice a week. I've recently dipped slightly hypO and have absolutely no energy! Ugh! :-( "

" Some people have an opposite reaction to caffeine. My dad felt like lying down under the table and going right to sleep if he had a cup of coffee in the morning and if I can't get to sleep I have a Diet Coke. I asked my doctor about it and he said he'd heard that from a couple of other people and couldn't explain it. It could be why you're going hypo. "
