I don't really exercise, when I do it's yoga. Lately I have not had any energy, I'm always tired and dragging but I have kids. So, I push that aside and pull every ounce of energy that I do have to make it through the day with them. They're 5, but still want to be playing. Well, last night my husband, my kids, and I went for a walk along a trail, I think it was 1 1/2 miles. My right calf started hurting, which is understanding because I hardly or never exercise. I kept going, I was walking at a moderate pace and my heart started pounding and chest started hurting, I really slowed down. I felt better I jogged for about 5 seconds, not even a fast jog more of a fast walk, and I felt as if though my brain was bouncing in my skull. We just walked back to the car.

I watch what I eat, but I can't control the weight gain. I'm 4'10" and weigh 130. I recently went through some things in life and gained 20 lbs. in 2 months. I know it doesn't sound bad, but my clothes don't fit, I feel sloppy, and everything just sucks.

Does this happen to anyone?
How do you exercise?

" Hi! Sorry you feel like this but give us some info. Are you on thyroid meds? Did you get diagnosed with Graves? It sounds like either you are over medicated maybe on anti thyroid meds or need replacement meds. Do you have any lab results? "

" At the moment I do not have any lab results, because I have not been on my current meds (Synthroid 150mcg) long enough to see results just yet. But I was diagnosed with Graves Disease when I was 15, I am now 25. I went thru RAI twice, and it hardly did anything to my thyroid, and I had a total thyroidectomy when I was 21.

I am also anemic, I am allergic to iron (pills, liquid, and iv) I try to eat as much iron thru my diet daily as I can. "
