I had my blood work done and my RBC count was out of the lab range, a little lower than it should be, what food or drink can i do do raise these numbers, such as fish, chickine, maybe orange juice and what about spinach, thanks......................Jody

" What you mentioned to eat/drink sounds like a great idea.

I find that eating grass-fed organic red meats was better for my Iron levels. If I eat the other meats from the grocery stores which has chemicals, steroids, etc. in eat which are not good to eat.
